The ball mill is a machine for the production of creams, icing, chocolate-like mass, fillings and pastes in a wide range of flavours and colours.
The machine is equipped with a control panel. Virtually the whole conching process takes place automatically without human intervention.
The entire machine is made of high-grade acid-resistant steel.
The ball mill is recommended for the production of a broad range of confectionery components such as various icing and confectionery mass types (white, milk, dessert, dark bitter, yellow advocaat-type, nut, wild strawberry, yoghurt, chocolate mass, etc. ) as well as creams and fillings (hard, liquid, semi-liquid).
The machine has certificate no HŻ/D/1139/2012 conferred by State Institute of Hygiene
